Changes to Dealer Order Entry Page

We'd like these changes to be made to our existing Dealer Order Entry Website: A: The processing is done with PHP. Reformat the body of the email confirmation to Dealer & to us to make it easier to read and to prepare the emails for our automatic processing of data. B: We’d also like the program to gather / sort the data from the SQL database on the website, put it into an Excel page (or something like it in PHP), and automatically upload an .HTM copy to the Dealer’s page (it’s easier to view in Excel). As an example, they should be able to view it at their assigned page. We'll also be using that same copy to generate our internal work orders until the process is better automated. C: We need to add a specific box on our Admin form where we can send a short “broadcast message?? to alert Dealers about order delays or Holiday work days. The message should only be sent to dealers who have open orders with us (otherwise, it becomes spam). D: The order entry form should look a bit more like the original form I requested, with multi-lines for data entry. E: On the Admin sign-in page, after you sign in it says, "You know where to go from here, right?". BARCLAY | Comments:1/2" BLOCK LETTERS Note how the “pipe?? symbol, “|??, is used as a delimiter. These will aide us in the next step where we transform the raw data into a work order. If you have a better symbol to use, we'll consider that. A picture of the original form requested in the original bid request is shown here: <[login to view URL]> I don’t think the form needs to be as long as the one in the picture, but it should allow up to 15 names to be entered. After the 15 names are entered, it should offer the option to enter more names by looping back to enter more names as part of the same order. I'd like that replaced with a link I can click or you may have it take me there automatically, please. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
