Changes to a randomizer script

I have a randomizer script that I wanted to edit the way it works. to an affiliate type script. Like for example right if someone were to click on your link they would pay you and a random person, and then the admin. What I want it to do is pay you and then pay the person who refered you, and then the admin fee. That way if I refer lets say 5 people when their link is clicked it will pay them then me because I referred them and then the admin. Also, only paying members would be able to download the goodies but not free. It has that option now but it works by number of rotations. I would like to be that when they sign up they are lead to the members area and to the payments page. Where I want to add google checkout and SafePay to the payments. Right now it only has Alertpay. It would need to have some sort of IPN so that way no one signup without paying. I would like in away that if people don't put there merchant number their google button or there alertpay email it won't show them. It would show the payments they accept only. It would also need to be away that once they pay they have access to the downloads page.
