Clean up some HTML code and CSS

This is a really easy project for someone who is good at clean HTML and CSS and would like to get a quick 10 on their feedback profile here. I have an HTML file and a CSS file that look fine in Internet Explorer but do not display right in Firefox (the main thing is that the text sizes are messed up and a few other small details) This was a file that had been edited in Dreamweaver so it has a lot of junk formatting code that needs to be cleaned up. All of the formatting needs to be moved to the external CSS file so that the [login to view URL] is cleaner and easier to look at and make future changes to. Also, for some reason I can't figure out why my Flash audio player (uses javascript) doesn't work in Firefox (works fine in Internet Explorer though.) It would be nice if you could solve this problem too, but the main thing I'm concerned about right now is the formatting and clean code. If there are any other isses with the file you notice along the way, I would appreciate you letting me know so we can fix those too.
