Coaching registration/purchase website

Hello,

I need a section added to a website that is already existing. The added section will allow people to find personal coaches on the website, schedule appointments and purchase coaching.

The coaching section is the backend product for people that purchase a 30-day audio program at [[url removed, login to view]][1]

We want people to be able to go into a password protected "members only" area to be able to choose coaching packages. this will only be accessible for people that purchase the audio program.

The system will work almost identical to [[url removed, login to view]][2]. Most of the web forms that need to be constructed will be very similar. The flow of signing up for the coaching process will work as shown in the attached Word doc.

All the emails for individual coaches need to also be emailed to the admin of the site so he is notified of all activity between coach and client.

If it is possible to build this addition to the website without using a database at this time that would be ideal.

There is a database that is being developed for future use, and it will need to be implemented in a month or two, but right now I am looking for the most cost effective, and quickest solution to building this system.

If there is anyway to get the system up and running for 6 coaches by this weekend that would be ideal.

The pages will all look similar to the [[url removed, login to view]][1] site. We are currently using [[url removed, login to view]][3] for autoresponders and the shopping cart. We need to be able to incorporate the 1ShoppingCart system for autoresponders and purchasing coaching.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
