Compeletion of website profile section

Hi, I have the templates,the base and a partially completed database of a website that is similar to a community or friendship website like Facebook or Orkut or MySpace..I need the functionalities of one of the sections that is the Personal profile section to be completed...I already have the template frame in place and also some of the functionality like the User Registeration and the Messaging ready(i.e sending, recieving,declining messages). I need 3 functionalities completed.. 1) "Add a friend to the network" functionality, that will allow to send friend requests,and accept or decline the requests and reflect that in the Users network(this is just like how friends are displayed in MySpace or Facebook or Orkut). 2)Upload Images into the Image album, and also Upload recorded Audio/Video to ones private album. 3)A simple Message Bulletin I have screenshots of what the above should look like.. and shall also attach the files/templates and whatever I have. I NEED THE ABOVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, HTML or whatever.
