Concrete5 - Experts only

The task is simple. To allow the user of the FORM BLOCK in concrete5 to give a custom name for the form buttons AND a custom text that preceed the form.

Changes required:

1. XML - Include the new fields

2. Controller - Amend Line 694 to use the values from the field defined by user.

3. Include the new "Content Description" in the view document

A concrete 5 expert would probably need a couple of minutes to do this change since we have given the exact line to be changed.

Once done, we will be adding the change files to our live site and if it works then we will approve the work.

Prerequisites:

1. Knowledge AND experience with Concrete5

2. PHP Knowledge
