Create duplicate website pages with some minor changes

I have a website (offline) which has only ONE page. For this website I have several links such as "About us", "Contact us", etc. Therefor I need additional pages. All pages have same design only in the middle of the website there is a field with text and 1-3 very small pictures. This field looks in every page different. Now you have to duplicate the main page and change the text and picture and rename the link. For example: Main page is (LINKS DO NOT EXIST! I just want to demonstrate, how the links have to look like such as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) [login to view URL] Now you have to duplicate and change the text and picture and call it: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc. I need about 16-18 pages. It is very easy job. It would be fine if you have some graphic skills, too, if small changes are necessary. In a few (i think 2-3 pages)pages I need drop-down menu as the text is long. The existing website is coded in HTML and everything is static. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform HTML
