We have a working prototype of a static web page that is being used as an advertising demonstration. There are two ads on the page. The first ad is visible when the page loads. The second ad is only visible when the user scrolls down to the lower portion of the web page. Javascript is being used to track the scroll position. Kepresses are currently not tracked but is desired. When the scroll position reaches a threshold a play command is sent to the flash animation. The idea is to only play the flash animation when the user can see it. It can't loop because that's too distracting from the content of the page. So triggering a play at the right time is the functionality we are looking for.
The project is to take this prototype and make a cross-browser compatible version of the scroll position detection, keypress detection, Flash play() command, and any other tricks that are needed to achive the desired effect.
In addition we will need exception handling for those browsers in which position tracking is not possible.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional cross-browser web page with the above described functionality.
2) The javascript code must be in a separate file for modularity and use on multiple pages. Code must be commented.
3) A cross-browser compatibility matrix of any objects or methods used so that we have a clear understanding of what works on which browsers.
## Platform
HTML and Javascript that is cross-browser, to work on as many browsers as feasible based on the compatibility matrix.
