Database conversion, MS Access --> Web based

**Exists: Access 2000/2003 database** This database holds records of about 200 organisations with their addresses, contact persons, phone numbers etc. It is also used for simple accounting (yearly fees) where one can send out invoices (based on certain criteria) and generate simple visual reports. There are today lots of ready made queries, such as phone list, list of all persons... not all are being used. **Wanted:** A "standard solution" database with the information converted from the old db to this new one, with a clean & modern layout. The old functions should still be available (such as the invoice part with reports). The organisations should be able to update their own simple details such as address, phone number etc. from a login page. Invoices, reports and lists should be able to send by email and also messages to one or several organisations, from the application. - There must be a function to print this things on paper as well. - There have to be a backup function, manual and automatic (cron job?). - There will be a new module of records that should be included in the database. Probably just one / many Excel sheets with information of graduations. The database will be presented to selected coders as step two in this process.
