B2B Web portal for clothing retailer

We are only in preliminary discussions with our client develop a web portal for their suppliers. At present we will only started the discussions so the specifications are general ones . More details will follow.

I'm looking for someone who is experienced in developing B2B Web portals. To be able to guide and develop this project in a simplified and professional manner.

the web-based portal is to help better coordinate (PLM/SCM (Product lifecycle management/ Supply Chain Management) ) services with his suppliers, which would integrate with JDA once it is installed .

**General overview** :

• specify the delivery time frames;

• send advance shipping notices;

• order price tags and stamps;

• a reference tool for propack and others;

• order packaging supplies for the products;

• contact information;

• Send Simons photo-tags with automatic pairing of the style ;

**Objectives**

· Scheduling delivery dates of merchandise delivery allowing us thus to plan with more of precision and helped plan redistribution to the distribution center.

· To support the suppliers in their required Propack (merchandise handling and packaging).

· Reduce the costs of creating price tags, labels etc. For distribution to our suppliers

· Establish a reliable interface to receive directly from suppliers photos, and other images and attachments.

· Create a link for our suppliers without any danger of exposing As/400.

· To implement a Simple and constructive tool to improve relationships with our suppliers.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
