Actionscript / PHP - Y0uTube API dev wanted

I need my existing redirect script modified into 2 versions for testing. The redirect script does the following: Takes a YouTube Video URL that uses my domain name of [login to view URL]: [login to view URL] And dynamically redirects to the real video on YouTube: [login to view URL] I need someone to build a custom player using the YouTube API (AS3) that will load the target video after the redirect into a lightweight fast loading player at the lowest resolution. The idea is to get the YouTube video to buffer, load and play as fast as possible at the lowest resolution (240p). All the Player details are here: [login to view URL] Budget for this is $30
