AlsoDances.Net- simple HTML programming and data entry

1. My website uses php to create a template for all pages. The current template is ineffective. I'd like a new one designed and integrated into the website. I have a design in mind, you just need to code it. You can use whatever technology you want (even flash, I don't mind), but it has to be neat, compact, and load quickly. I'd like to use drop down menus. It also has to be simple enough for me to change menu options down the road if I want to. 2. The main menu page has not worked since I made some changes to the code. It is a menu page that I integrated some moveable type code into so that it could work. Some ago it stopped working and I never had the time to figure out why. I'd like the page fixed so that I can update it regularly. You can use moveable type, or use another content management system, I don't care as long as it is simple to use, and all posts are aggregated into an archival page that can be accessed from the main menu. I'd also like a twitter feed integrated. 3. The website is still incomplete. All the pages are online, but not all pages have been converted to php, so it does not have a uniform look. I hired someone from GAF to fix it about two years ago, but the project was only half-completed as the person had to stop halfway through. So I need someone to finish the job. All I need is for someone to change each page so all of them look like my new template, and then make sure all the links work. So it's basically lots of typing, cutting and pasting, but no programming or design. You can take a look at the website at [login to view URL], but keep in mind the main menu page doesn't work.
