Bandwidth tester (Flash or other)

Hello,

We need a bandwidth tester that measured the speed of an internet connection every one or two minutes, and displays the results in a nice interface - then it starts again. This interface will be like a speed meter (with the needle that moves up and down as the speed changes). Similar to speedtest.net.

We will send you a reference PSD for the look of the interface. Please specify the time it will take, and of course the cost.
