Billing Script System required for selling links on websites

Hello, i need a billing system script for a site it should have the following options. User login Support system Billing update Contact update Payment gateway through PayPal or 2CO Automation in email of billing to the client and me ( incase he doesn’t pay we can disable his link ) Products ( will be links on directories which could be changeable in pricing) There should be a corn job that way every day I get a feedback how many orders Were processed how many cancellation should be placed and all. Further more in products we can even make promotional codes for further discounts, we should be able to take backup of database in any format we want, should have ip or user ban incase of fraud. a few more things can be added we can talk in detail. basic idea of this site is to a make site where we can sell ad space as links on various websites which are with us. please bid on this project or inquire if you know about billing script before like ( WHMCS ) since that is too heavy loaded for hosting we would need something nice but similar like that
