Clone [login to view URL] in PHP with CMS

We would like to clone [login to view URL] (currently a Flash site) into an HTML/PHP site with an admin panel and content management system. All information on content pages must be editable; admin must be able to change show times, show dates, venue information and text on a USER-FRIENDLY admin panel.
