Conversion of large Actionscript 2 program to Actionscript 3

We have a network based program written in actionscript 2.0 and compiled in flash 2004. We would like to convert this to run in actionscript 3.0. There are? ~150 classes in total, varying in size and complexity. These are split into a series of UI components and the main application classes. Our goal is to have the whole program working perfectly in actionscript 3. The code is in reasonably good condition, although there are a few workarounds employed to make some of the components work as we need them to and to get around various problems with actionscript 2.0. We would deliver all of the source code, plus a test procedure to follow to confirm everything is working correctly. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. The first goal would be to make the application and UI components compile without error. We will provide a test procedure to ensure the program works as it did before, including all of the components. The developer is free to run this test procedure over the original files first to confirm all of the steps work in the current version. We will take back delivery of the files once we have confirmed that every step of the test procedure works. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
