**Highly experienced web designers and developers are invited to bid on a new website project for a retail food franchise group.**
The project will be in two stages - and the second stage may be awarded to the successful bidder of the first stage if we are 100% happy with the design work, functionality, communication process and delivery standards.
The first stage involves
* Developing a template (draft artwork provided)
* Creating 30-40 pages
* Developing 3 flash animations
* Vertical navigation menu and horizontal sub menus
* Map of Australia where visitors can click on state, which links to state page of store addresses (24). Relevant google map of store location to pop
* 3 enquiry forms
* Survey form which will add scores and deliver one of four results
* Vertically scrolling linked text on the home page
* Site map
**Specs**
* Site to be developed using a Content Management interface. However, the site must retain the look and feel of the design provided. We are not interested in standard CMS treatments which cannot be modified to fit our design requirements. If incorporation of CMS is not possible with the design template specified, then the web page components to be done using Dreamweaver and Dreamweaver Contribute.
* Site to be SEO optimised
When submitting your bid, please provide links to sites which you have done that have most of the above elements.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
