Design Banner Ad

We're looking for 2 banner ads They will go on 2 portal sites on pages where our competitors also appear. We therefore need better "cut through" and pull when people choose among several ads on one page. The banners will go on one of the state pages on this site: <[login to view URL]> Our banners will be 1) one at the top (where you may see "what price my house") 2) one in amongst all the competitors on the page. Bidders ??" please supply examples of other banner’s you have done. (Note: in a format we can view. We don’t have specific software to view) We'll need the work within 5 days of bid acceptance and will supply the 2 host site specs and our company specifics to the winning bidder. Finished banner in GIF and flash format and in a format we can view without specific software Milestaones to meet the 5 days timeline: Initial creative proposals - 2 days Our response to you - 1 day Final files - 2 days Prepared and working according to the host site's specs and approved by the host site. Time for the host site approval and any technical adjustments they require is additional to the timeline. We would expect if they require any technical adjustments that you would complete these within 2 days max. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. I'd like to look at these but I don't have the software to run an swf file. If you can tell me where I could view these files - that's very important for us to see.
