Design master index page

Require a coder to create **_“A MASTER??_** home page for a number of URL's I have, about 35 URL’s.

It should be fast loading and have the newest looking flash.

It should employ the newest features that make it search engine friendly.

Once I have the Master home page (index) I would simply copy it to a new URL which would have Title, description, keywords etc. changed.

Requirements:

* I would require it to be done in Microsoft FrontPage

* I require you transfer all to my server

* I would require you to setup all URLs on my server (All URLs would be provided to the winning bidder)

* I would require you to setup 3 actual pages and have them up and running.

* I will provide the first 3 URLs which I will expect descriptions, keywords, titles etc to be done. The remaining 32 URLs I will do the changes to once you have the index page up and running on my server.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
