Adding few things to a Website

I am looking for someone to work on my portfolio. I have made this using CSS, HTML and Javascript mainly. There are two things that need to be done on this portfolio ASAP, as i don't seem to have the time I would like someone to do this for me. The portfolio can be accessed on: [login to view URL] First thing: I need everything on the portfolio to be responsive, however currently two of the elements in the portfolio are not responsive, one the description on the home page and second is the Experience page/section. Second thing: Javascript needs to be used in the Experience section to be able to make the peel effect work effectively. currently i have just added a jpg to show what i mean, and also on hover i want the little images to change colour from the colour they are to black. I need this done ASAP. By 2:00pm on 16th April 2014
