Auto Loan Application Website

I need a simple, user friendly website to take customer credit applications. They will be applying for auto loans, so this has to be securely transmitted. There will be approximately five to six pages of web content. Much of which I will provide. The customer will goto the website, see the information page, then if they which to apply for a loan. This will go to the second page which should be secure, they will be asked personal questions regarding their name, address, employment information etc., which must be secure and meet all legal requirements for data security. The information that they input, will then be formated into a application that will be emailed and be inputted into a pre-designed (industry standard) credit application. There must a method of immediate notification of a application sent via text message or email after a application has been submitted. ? The remaining pages will have a testimonial page, contact page and another product page. The website will also need to take payments via web (yet to be determined). ? The site must look elegant and professional and be very user friendly for the customer. ? The coder is to create a logo and also provide graphics for the site, which will become my property. ## Deliverables Depending on the cost, the site must have a page to take payments, via paypal, check, cashier's check, western union and credit card. This payment should apply to the customer's account/or ID (to be made when a customer inputs a credit application). Logo's and artwork should be provided by the coder and be approved by me, a majority of content (description of services etc.) I shall provide and be posted on the pages. As I stated before after a loan application is submitted, a graph should appear (stating processing application, etc.) and then it should generate a pre-approval form, with a unique customer/approval code (this is the customer identifier to be used throughout the website. The coder is to provide the graphics and create a logo for the site.
