Build a Website

Searching for a professional designed and coder who can write a php code for out HTML page. The html pages required also java script. We are looking for a professional designer who can edit and redesign our html files on or requirements. The html pages don't contain a mysql database, but we can create one if make our job easier. The php code must send the data to our server. The html pages contain 3 customized contact form where our customers are able to send their info to our secure server. We need to implement also the java script because if the customer forget to complete a field, to get the error message. So, we already have the html pages, we just need the php code in order to be able to use the commands from the html pages.
