Develop a webpage where users can upload a picture (optional) a http link, a short description of what is being sold and their membership number ( can be blank if not a member) and upload this to this webpage in real time so that other users can immediately view the deal. The deal posted should appear horizontally on the webpage, centred and approximately 80% screen size with the picture on the left, description centre and price right hand side with the posting members membership number on the far right and a button that would take the reader to the posted deal that is linked to the http address that was uploaded by the member on the extreme right. An optional extra would be the addition of a voting button associated with the posting where users can click "like" and a count is displayed alongside the deal, an additional optional extra would be the addition of a sort button that can list the postings either by date or by the "like" count from highest to lowest irrespective of date. The data entry would be from a page that has data entry blocks for the picture, description ( 150 words ), http link, price and membership number, the date should be automatically the current date. The latest posting should appear at the top of the page. The ability to comment on a posting is an optional extra dependant on price and should only display the number of comments that can be read if clicked on "comments"
