Convert a non responsive wordpress theme into responsive with Twitter Bootstrap

Hello all, My website [login to view URL] is using a none responsive wordpress theme. I want to convert this theme into responsive theme, using Twitter Bootstrap 3. This project must be carried out using Twitter Bootstrap 3 framework. Not any other solution. Website and admin must maintain same functionality after theme conversion. Site should look the same as now on desktops after the new theme is applied. This includes also home page sliders (upper one and bottom one). All pages must be responsive and be visible and clear on Desktops, tablets and smart phones. Website is RTL. Important: Also need to create the same theme but LTR (for English website). Website includes a drop down menu. Theme need to use HTML5 Theme need to use clean and valid HTML and CSS Theme need to be compatible with latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Opra, IE 8 and up. First development is done on your side locally. I will give you the original theme but very small DB. After I see some work has been done (see payment section below), I will provide you with development server on GoDaddy. I will give you access to a development hosting account (FTP) but you can't create a local copy of the website and contents on your server. You also can't copy the database. Also please pay attention to the following: 1. Need to Embed like/share button on every page in the same location (end of text, right side), including information pages, home page, category page, product page gallery, etc.. 2. Bread crumbs need to be visible on desktop&tablet view, not mandatory on Smartphone view. 3. Make sure gallery works fine with tablet & Smartphone view. 4. Squers after text here [login to view URL] should look fine on all views (desktop, Smartphone, tablet). 5. Fix this [login to view URL] (items are not correctly showing on page). I will provide you with GoDaddy setup. You are not allowed to copy the database or any content from the website or setup (development) website. Payment: $30% milestone on project acceptance. This milestone will be release after I get to see the theme working on your server. I will send you the bugs to fix (if there are any). After bugs are fixed I make milestone 2 (35%). Milestone 2 will be released after I the theme is uploaded to my server. I create milestone 3 (35%) and test the theme. Once all bugs are fixed I release milestone 3.
