Create a PHP website

I need an 8 page php website creating as soon as possible, it will look just like [login to view URL] which uses my own OpenCart theme, however the site I require will be a static PHP website. The actual design is just one page, the same as the homepage on Mystic Market, but I then need it copied 7 more times and adding content from 8 pages of my current site adding which will require a little more php/css work. There are also three forms that need to work with the site, but I have all the files for these so should be pretty easy to copy over to the new site design. The only real differences is that there will be no space above the header or below the footer on the PHP website, and I would also like the header to be fixed so that when you scroll down the page the content area goes under the header so the header is always visible.
