Crowdfunding Website

Hello, I'm planning to start a small crowdfunding website. And I need the php script to handle it. Users must be able to register and send projects (within specified guidelines) (add a video, amount needed, deadline, what people get in exchange, add images, etc), then that project is reviewed by a moderator (admin account), if he approves the project goes live. Normal people should be able to register (via Facebook if possible) and send money to the project owner. (in exchange of a copy of the final project once it exists). People who have sent money should be able to add comments in the comment section. Projects must be organized in categories, each project must have a thumbnail to represent it. Project owners must be able to pay the admin so he displays his project in featured projects. Look at kickstarter website to get a better idea.
