DATABASE DEVELOPMENT and HTML/CSS INTEGRATION

I'm looking for an expert in SQL and WEB INTEGRATOR. The project consist to create a database to treat about 1,200 000 entries from a company listing. You'll need to create the DB structure, queries import/export and search functionalities. You'll also have to integrate a design layout from .jpeg to HTML/CSS. I'm very organized and I'm working full time on this project, so I'll provide you with VERY DETAILED instructions and layouts.
