Design changes on twitter bootstrap theme

We have had an initial design layout created from the Metronic responsive admin dashboard template from themeforest. [login to view URL] We also need you to make this template fully responsive. The original template is fully responsive, however our team have created the framework for what we want and now some elements don\'t look good on mobile or tablets devices, please fix and cross browser check. In the meantime go here: [login to view URL] We need the following changes: Add an fa-cogs symbol to the right of the faq\'s and left of the photo in the header Delete the date picker in light grey bar Make the edit icon larger in the latest checkins box Make the check in\'s, deals, points and rewards light grey boxes larger and the number inside larger Space between in the 10 and mins in check in\'s box Delete the downward arrow the spanner the synch and the x icons in the dark grey bar Change the fa-cogs symbol used next to the latest 10 check in\'s to the qr code fa-qrcode
