Design the interface for my php pages

We have an intranet website which is written in php . The interface is so simple. I'm looking for an expert freelancer in designing the interface of my php pages. Please if you never design a php and you are just going to learn how to do do not bid on this project . FYI : This project is not for developing a website . it is only customizing a page to look professional . I will put 2 screenshots . the first one is my own page and the second one is an idea about the design . There are 4 pages. I am going to give you the first page and if I happy with your design on the first page . I will hire you and you'll do for me the other 3 pages. Please don't ask for accessing to the Database , because for designing the interface , there is no need to access to the database. I have to be able by replacing your file on the original file run the webpage without any issue.
