bingo gaming software

i need software for a server based bingo game where players prepay to purchase bingo cards at a touch screen terminal for playing of bingo games against other players. a player will enter the pin purchased to obtain credits to purchase from 1 to 10 bingo cards for each game played. each player will be given a card with 5x5 squares containing random numbers. if a player purchases more than one card all cards will contain the same numbers but located in different places on each card, after purchase of cards a random number generator will select one number at a time form 1-75 that will be dropped as a ball containing the number onto the screens and listed onscreen. each player will have a selected amount of time after the ball drop to touch a large card displayed to evidence the marking of the number if on the card. the other cards purchased for the game will be displayed in smaller size and when a player marks the large card, the other cards will be marked in the correct location automatically. no players willl have the same cards. a player with a winning pattern will touch a "bingo" display within a selected amount of time to claim a prize which will be awarded if correct. the amount of credits purchased in advance will be displayed on the screen and will change upon purchase of cards and award of prizes. all players who declare bingo within a selected amount of time will be awarded prizes based on the pool of money paid for cards in the game. t secondary prizes may be awarded.. the system needs to have settings that can be modified. a new game starts upon completion of the previous game. the system will keep up with the account of each pin number and data of all money purchased, played and won will be stored. a player may quit playing by selecting to cash out on the screen and will collect any money in his account at the cashier's cage. there is ample source code available but none with the numbering system for each player's cards. the same numbers for each player's cards with the numbers in the same location is what i need changed. i also need pleasant graphics and sounds..
