Add membership subscription to my web app

I installed a Facebook web application script for list building on my server.

The web application script can be used to build lists through Facebook.

I want it to be converted into a membership program where different users can sign up, login to his or her account on my server, and use the web application individually to build lists through Facebook.

The completed work must be responsive.
