We have an online tour and room booking form which customers fill out there details and when submitted it is recorded in the back end and an email notification is sent out to admin and customer.

we have recently noticed that we have lost allot of bookings as we never got the email notification to admin on some bookings. However when we look in the back end it is sitting there but admin didn't know about this as email notifications were never sent out.

I need to resolve the issue asap.
