Build a Website

My company is working on a Property website, www.urban-roost.co.uk. It's built on Drupal. In this project I want to edit the Property template, for example [login to view URL] What I want you to do is create another tab, next to "Overview" and "Location", and the two other tabs that don't show on this particular property. I want the new tab to be called "I want this Property!", and the content will be as follows: -one or two paragraphs of sales text that I will provide -contact details for the company -for anonymous users only, a grey box with text and a register button, as seen on the page -for authenticated users only, a standard class="orange_btn" hyperlink that I can hook some javascript onto to open a chat in our current chat system -for authenticated users only, a short contact form with 3 or 4 fields that they can fill out to book an appointment to see the property. The data should be sent in an email to an address that I specify. ---- if possible I'd like to include in this contact form a Calendar to select a date. You know what I mean, something like this: [login to view URL] If this is simple, then please give a normal bid. If this is a very complex task, please explain why it's complex, and also give a second bid in your text that DOES NOT include this calendar feature. Please write the word URBAN in your bid so I know you've read this briefing, only people who do this will be considered.
