Capture IRC chat into database

I need a PHP script which is ran via command-line (linux, using php5-cli, eg: /usr/bin/php [login to view URL]) which does the following: Takes parameters: -username "username" -oauth "oauth password" -channellist "channel1,channel2,channel3,channel4" The PHP script should connect to [login to view URL] IRC (SEE here: [login to view URL] it will show you how to get your oauth password from a twitch account) using the username and password in parameters, and then join every channel in the channellist. It should then connect to a database and store every chat message in a single database with the following information: chatusername, chatchannel, chattime, chatmessage. Make sure the data is stored in a secure way (no SQL attacks). The script should automatically reconnect and rejoin all the channels if it is disconnected without any issues with channels it is still in. BUDGET MAX: $150
