Complete a Wordpress Template deevelopement

I have a wordpress theme developement underway but the devloper jus tgot sicck and i need you to continue the developement , for , the homepage post page, category pages are done but has a few features that needs to be added to it, i have to tell you my developer made every feature widgetized and u have to continue that , i need at least all the features on the hme, more page u will need to develope after creating th homepage page features these are the features u have to develope are .1-polls widget , 2.- newsletter widget 3.-audio widget (files will be added from sound cloud) [login to view URL] section ( admin should be able to add ads , adsense and manual) .Homepage bacground ad, (can b color or image) these features should be done by 12 midnight GMT one more page u have to intergrate wordpress is a custom page [login to view URL] this is urgent , if u dont have time , please dont bid,
