Create a Joomla Template

I need a Joomla website template to be developed. A simple yet modern site with a scrolling first page and a separate contacts form page. Look and feel is important. The site must be inspirational and will need to challenge visitors to honestly assess whether they are "successful" in their lives - with success being determined by them and them alone. Client does not want something cheesy or oversold but a professional serious feel - the aim of the site is to get people to submit the form which expresses interest in a series of live physical seminars which will be attended. The name of the site will be The GoGetters Club. Definitely not a kind of "prosperity gospel" approach - more of a life coach approach to being successful. Viewers should be challenged and inspired to part with money to improve their own lives through attending the seminar. Client does not want a staggered interest approach either whereby more information is given on a piece by piece basis with the peace de resistance coming in the form of an entry fee to be given the piece of golden advice. No particular reference for colors - site not to be too wordy but nice inspirational life changing graphics would be entertained.
