Create a Wordpress Template - Dating Site

I am looking to create a dating website using Wordpress as my CMS. Basic features needed: - Landing page for sign up asking basic questions - Secondary signup page with additional questions - Once signup is completed they are shown initial matches based on match % - Users will be prompted to answer additional questions; these questions will pull from a database of roughly 1,000 questions that will further determine the match %. Each question has three pieces, the users answer, their desired matches answer, and the importance level of the question. These signals will further go into the match. - A Hot or Not feature that will be like a mini game. Signals from this will help refine match searches. For example, someone who consistently says they don't link a specific body type will have those results eliminated from their matches. - Message feature with alerts. - Membership option with ability to restrict messaging. The higher memberships should have a special result in the matches with a star or box to denote their premium membership. There is a theme on Wordpress that has most of what I want except for the Hot or Not and question features. I would be willing to purchase this theme and have it modified if that would be desirable.
