I am after getting a wordpress template made to look like the mockup included. Just the single page. Font must be PT Sans from google fonts and colours must be exactly the same as in the mock up. A vector of the mock up will be provided so the necessary objects can be taken out and used. The images used are just example images but the bottom one must be full page, and the top one must the width of the content the mock up should be pretty self explanatory and someone should be able to knock this up pretty quickly and easily :)
