Create a Wordpress Template

Hey! Thanks for looking at my project page. I'm looking to develop a WP Plugin. The admin dashboard concept is attached. The goal of the plugin is to allow a user to create a team list easily. The user needs to be able to add/remove team members from the team member list (on the right side). This list needs to be persistent. This will allow the user to "select a team" which is simply dragging and dropping players into the "team" area, or "sub" area (using jQuery). The team needs to have a "team title" along with a "date" which needs to be saved along with the selected players list and used as a historical record. The admin page should have the option to view previously made teams and have the option to delete them. The most recent teams then needs to be displayed onto a page on the wordpress website, along with the option to see historical team lists. Thanks!
