You guarantee that the work/assets/code that you will produce for this project is absolutely original (no illegal copy/paste or illegal reproduction of any existing work) and the work/assets/code produced by you will not infringe any third party rights/copyright/trademarks/patents. 2. Any rights/copyrights/trademarks/patents of whatever work/assets/code you produce for this project (assuming point 1 above is met), will be absolutely and indefinitely 100% property of mine with immediate effect and you will never claim any rights back. 3. PROJECT DETAILS This is a smaller chunk of a previous project that I posted and this is just the beginning of a long series of tasks that we will need to achieve in the next few months. So there will be several projects coming up on a regular basis. Hence bear in mind that if we start working together, we will be keen to keep working with the same supplier/developer for long term and for several additional projects. Main goal of this project is to create the full working structure of a website as described below (by using/customising a Wordpress theme – either existing or by building it from scratch).
