I'm looking for someone who has the sufficient skillset to create a aestetically better version of the WebMD Symptom Checker. I live in a european country where this self-diagnostical service doesn't exist, and therefore I'm looking to create a smooth tool that should be functional and beautiful.
I was wondering if someone could tell me where to find someone with sufficient skillsets to create something similar to :

I believe it works on HTML5, JS and MySQL, however, I'm not sure, does anyone have any ideas?
