Create small affiliate website(repost)

I require a coder to build me an affiliate website for offering dedicated servers. The goal of the website should be to push an offer of a dedicated server starting at $[url removed, login to view] Although the hosting provider offers other packages, I'd like to focus primarily on this one - the reasoning is because I plan on driving initial traffic based on an adwords campeign which will be focusing on the $[url removed, login to view] no-setup, no-contract offering.

The content should all be based on the main website.

I'd prefer as much content as possible to be locally hosted on my website and to avoid linking to existing content on the provider's website (obviously links to the order form should go to the real order form at the main website, but any static pages can be reproduced); also, text musn't be copied outright to prevent copyright issues. Note that I plan to drive content from paid advertising (and not from search engine results placement, though the latter would be nice too).

There is a tracking link set up at <[url removed, login to view]> - this link *must* be hit and triggered on the browser side before the user can get from my site to the hosting provider's site (or else I lose my commission, which would be worthless for me :-))

My expectations are for the deliverables to acheive at least 1% of visitors to make a purchase and I'd want to have a 3-day trial period to ensure these results once the project is finished.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional website as well as complete source code of all work done (including source/project files for images or flash movies)

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

Deliverables must be prepared, but not actually installed, by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) All links to the provider's website must cause the affiliate tracking link to be fully triggered by the users web-browser. Failure to trigger this will be considered an inacceptable lack of functionality, and a non-completed project. Coder acknowledges that this will be considered fully non-complete and not count as partial completion of the project.

5) Copy, content and layout of the site should give at least a average 1% purchase rate (on any hosting plan) over a 3 day period once project is complete. [eg, at least 1 of every 100 visitors makes a purchase]
