AJAX / PHP / MySQL Form Validation(repost)

We require validation of a simple PHP form using AJAX and layers. The data entered will be validated with data in a MySQL database.

When the form is submitted data entered must be saved into the MySQL database - and a specification for this is included as an attachment to the project.

All validation must be done using AJAX and warning messages displayed as layers where specified.

## Deliverables

Please note that the final solution must also be compatible with Internet Explorer 8.
