Add symmetric nat and firewall support to i2p

Need a developer to add symmetric nat and firewall support to i2p's SSU mechanism (currently only supports asymmetric NAT and firewalls). By working I mean I (the buyer) can actively use i2p behind the symmetric firewall he sits behind. On buyers discretion, this may be waived if during development it is determined symmetric SSU support is not the issue and will not solve the buyers problems. In this case, working will mean working as defined by jrandom. 2) Code is incorporated into the main I2P source tree and accepted by the I2P project (namely jrandom, i2p lead developer). 3) Code will be released under the same license as i2p router code. BSD license currently. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Buyer authorizes you (coder) to take authorship credit for the work. ## Platform Whatever platforms i2p runs on as this project will be incorporated into the main source tree.
