The point of this option is to pull the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) fees in mass quantity. Using the following example
ASIN: B001F2117I
Going to the following web page:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/fba/revenue-calculator/index.html/ref=ag_xx_cont_xx?ie=UTF8&lang=en_US
Enter the ASIN into the search box and you are presented with two columns, Your Fulfillment and Amazon Fulfillment. Along the two columns are the descriptions for the entry boxes, Item Price, Shipping, etc.
What I am looking for is the ability to use an excel sheet with these column and row titles and then fill in the blanks based on the excel data. So the program will look in the excel sheet and find the column header labeled “Your Fulfillment Item Price” and put that cell data into the corresponding field in the web page. Since this page only needs 1 field to really work, “Amazon Fulfillment Item Price”, if the program can’t find the other column headers then skip them. For example if they excel sheet loaded has only an “ASIN” column header and “Amazon Fulfillment Item Price” column header then the rest of data on the web page would be left blank / alone.
Now using the above ASIN B001F2117I, the item that is shown is a
Eheim Everyday fish feeder…
Now if I enter 35 into the Amazon Fulfillment Item Price field and press calculate, I get the following results: (note, since I only entered in a value on the Amazon side all the results below are taken from the Amazon side)
Revenue Subtotal: 35.00
Amazon referral fee: 5.25
Order Handling: 1.00
Pick & Pack: 1.00
Weight Handling: 0.46
30 Day Storage: 0.01
Fulfillment Cost Subtotal: 2.57
Cost Subtotal – 7.82
Margin Impact: 27.18
What I want is the above data exported to an excel list along with the data uploaded to get the data. So in the above example, the excel sheet would contain the ASIN, the Item Price and all the data above. The excel sheet headers should be named based on the value of the field it is pulled from, i.e. Revenue Subtotal would be the column header and the cell below it would have the value 35, etc.
Let me know if you have any questions.
FYI, sometimes Amazon FBA will ask for additional information, i.e. length, width, weight, etc. If this happens just skip the ASIN in the list
Hi sir,
I am scraping expert, I have did too many similar projects, please check my feedback then you will know.
Can you tell me more details? then I will provide demo data for you.
Thanks,
Kimi
Hi,
I write data scrapers as part of my job. We essentially mine data from various websites and use that data to our advantage (in online retailing).
What you're asking is relatively straightforward to accomplish. I'd write my code in perl, and I imagine it would take me no more than a couple of hours coding time.
You would own the code that I write for you, and of course you'd have any number of bug fixes included in the price.
If you have any questions, feel free to drop me a line.
Best wishes,
John
I have over 10 years experience with PHP as well as using it as a web scraper. I can make the project 100% PHP based so that all you have to do is upload your excel sheet and it will quickly do the work for you and then ask you to save the new excel sheet with the information gathered, 100% web based using PHP. Please let me know if you have any questions or wish to discuss things further.
