I need a CRM developed from scratch to be used within the corporate intranet. Target industry: professional translators, translation agencies The parts: 1. Customer database (add customers (store&edit personal data), group, dispatch&get emails, etc.); 2. Employee database (add employees (store&edit personal data, work rates, assign projects, etc.); 3. Project management system (create projects, log time/check logged time, add/remove/group employees, assess employee performance basing on work rates/customer comments/employee mistakes&neglects noticed, etc.); 4. Administration dashboard (CMS-like); More details to those shortlisted. Technologies: Java, Zend (or PHP5)+JS. Please do explain your choice in your Personal Message! Those with experience of developing similar solutions preferred (please show links/demos). Please also give approximate price quote for this project (work for each milestone - preferred). Agencies preferred. Please do include “Bubba-dubba” in the starting line of you PM as a proof you’re serious about the project.
