CRUD using Google App Engine

I require a basic CRUD (create, update, delete) form-based application using Google App Engine. I have a bunch of tables (with referential integrity constraints) for which I have the ER diagrams. I need for the data tables to be created using App Engine's BIG TABLE, and a data management set of forms to be developed on them. I want the design to be such that I could take a few of the programs, modify them and be able to add additional tables.? Or I could also use a design that makes this fully table-driven, but I am not insisting on that now. Example: Tables: Team & Player Team fields: ID, Name, Location, Home Field, Remarks. Player fields: ID, Name, Team ID Team ID of Player table will be tied to IDs in Team table. Need maintenance forms for the above, and the ability for me to easily (which could also include copying programs and making changes as directed) add further sets of tables. Please Note: This is the first part of my larger project, and I would be willing to engage the coder on a longer term basis for subsequent work through RAC if I am satisfied with this work.
