Convert PhP prorgam (complex) to Java2

I have a large PhP program that I need converted to Java2 for a client to fit their security needs.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Thanks for inquiring about our project. Essentially, we have been asked by a client who wants to use our program (PhP) to have it converted to Java2. Something about the security of java to them is better than code written in PhP. We don't have a choice in this. Our client has the requirement to do business with them. The program is a survey tool that runs on the internet designed to gather information and do assessments (e.g. different exam formats in school -- (multiple choice, essay), interval scales for rating professors (on a 1-9 scale rank your profs ability to convey knowledge), etc. It can compare answers, do aggregate data, grade tests, keep a scoreboard of past results, generate reports of different kind, send the reports to email, and create unique identifiers for individuals and for discounting price of product. It is a very complete and complex program when all the unique functionalities are known. I have not received permission from my boss to make the program available to bidders even with an NDA. Hello everyone. First, I want to say thank you for looking over our project. I hope everyone received the broadcast email I sent out a week ago about the details of the project. I have extended the bid deadline mainly because we have not heard back from the Fortune 100 company that this requirement is for. Our software is written in PhP by some wonderful coders and team. Unfortunately, they do not have anyone that can code in java2 or .net. This company, if they decide to hire us, needs everything to be converted to java or .net. Why, I haven't a clue. When I get a retainer fee for our services, I will put out an NDA for everyone interested to sign and then I will send out our program so you can get a better idea of what this will entail. Until then, I am very grateful for everyone responding. I try to respond to all your inquiries when I find a moments time. I apologize for the delays on deciding anything but our hands are pretty much tied. The corporatation has the usual food chain decision making process of things go up, meetings are had, and decisions come back down. Efficient they are not. Thanks Stefanie
