Create sheets for a webpage

Dear Freelancers, please go to this webpage: [login to view URL] As you see here you can click on different preferences regarding universities (e.g. What kind of size do you prefer? Small, big, medium etc.). I want you to change the look of this “ranking”. Instead of clicking on the preferences at one page, I would like to make it sheet based like on the powerpoint slid (have a look at the file). I have no preferences about the technique; please suggest the one that you would choose. This job is just about the look, there is no need to change anything in the database or the calculation file. Nore is there any need to enter text, I will do that after you have created the “slides”. Best regards, RL
