Custom typepad blogger poster

I want a custom app. that can post comments on typepad, blogspot and wordpress "comment poster". Wordpress comment poster may not be needed. I am still researching on this issue - we'll discuss later on that. For the time being you have to handle typepad, blogspot comment posters first. There has to be calling third party service - [login to view URL] integrated into it for captcha purposes. As some blogs may have captcha! I want it to be as efficient as possible. I will give you sample urls for each CMS - typepad, blooger so you can make out how the poster has to function and comment. eg. in some blogs the captcha happens to come while posting while on some first you post the comment and then captcha comes. You will have to take this responsibly and get it done and make it efficient. It should also have the ability to rotate comments , names , emais, and url fields typically found on comment forms.
